*RETURNS POLICY INSTRUCTIONS IF THE WARMER IS NOT WORKING WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.
#1) THE FACTORY WILL EMAIL YOU A NON PREPAID RETURN LABEL. 
#2) PATTY WARMER MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL BOX IN A BRAND NEW CONDITION, NEVER USED. 
#3) ATTACH THE LABEL TO THE BOX AND CALL FEDEX FOR PICK UP. 
#4) AS SOON AS THE FACTORY GETS A NOTIFICATION FROM FEDEX THAT THE RETURN IS  
       BEING PICKED UP, THE FACTORY WILL SHIP OUT A NEW ONE.
